No free KORE Experience so far.

    Hello there,

    I've purchased KORE 2 last week (25/06/2009) and registered/activated it within the time set for getting this free KORE Experience soundpack (special offer from 01/05/09 till 30/06/09). But I never received the promised coupon code nor did anyone reply to my emails (3) I did send to customer support. I'm new to this NI product and very pleased with it, but my first 'free' experience with the NI customer support is not very promising. Maybe the admin here can shine a light on this for me, cause I had also planned to purchase Maschine, but now I'm having some serious doubts about it all.:(

    For what it's worth, mine came just after a week, and I've seen others with the same experience. I'd guess you'd get it either tofay or Monday.

    Dont worry about it, NI seems to be pretty swamped with all the new products and they dont answer customer support very quickly. You could blame this on not having enough staff, but its not gonna get you your soundpack quicker.
    Just give it another week and if you havnt got it by then you should at least have got a reply to your emails, Im also waiting for my Free Kore experience, I activated on the 28th or something but Im confident I'l get my soundpack eventually.

    Dont let this put you off getting maschine, Let the problems with maschine stop you from Buying maschine.
    Regardless, Id still buy one if I had the money.

    Bought but not registered

    So I bought my Kore 2/Controller before the end of june (06/28) but it hasn't arrived until today (07/03). Do you think they will still honor the promotional if I send them my digital receipt of when I actually purchased Kore?

    They probably will. But in any case your seller is responsible for that time delay, so in your case I would put the problem in their hand.

    Today the belgium distributor of NI-products called me personally and promised that I would receive the coupon code shortly. Also my dutch seller, Bax-shop.nl, was willing to arrange a deal on this coupon code. So even without the 'support' of NI I still get what I was promised to receive. So from my experience it's better to contact the distributor directly or thru your seller to resolve the problem. Don't use the online customer support until they've sorted things out at NI. I still love my KORE 2 and seen the recent developments I will be buying Maschine.

    I've received the coupon code and downloaded the KORE Electronic Experience software succesfully.
