No install or missing (or can't find) ReaktorPrism, ScarbeeMarkt, SolidBusComp?

    I included a picture of my situation.

    No install or missing (or can't find) ReaktorPrism, ScarbeeMarkt, SolidBusComp?

    From my first install on 22 december 2013 I knew something is missing on my new MaschineStudio.
    On the box I see included:
    - Massive Synthesizer
    - Reaktor Prism
    - Solid Bus Comp
    - Scarbee Markt

    Massive Synthesizer I see (different icon) on my Maschine-screen, but Reaktor Prism, Solid Bus Comp and Scarbee Markt I don't see on my MaschineScreen or to activate in my page on your websites (with activation-keys and software.

    How can I get these promised (on the box) software-features of MaschineStudio?
