no lights?

    I sent in a technical request, but thought I would try here also. After working well for several weeks, Maschine has lost all LCD screen, pad and button lights. The unit is working, but again, no lights. Defective product, or something I am missing? Thanks.

    well, working now. I un/replugged in the usb cable and all is well.

    Yeah i have the same + problem!:) I already report to the NI support too but i didn't get answer yet...
    Maschine is freezing in my Logic all the time... First lights on Hardware and than software...
    And i have to re-plug USB cable few times that Maschine powers up...
    Hope they will fix our problem because this is very useful piece of equipment!:)

    have you reported your Logic freezes to tech support?

    it seems some people are not having any problems and others all sorts of problems with Logic :confused:

    try connecting your maschine through a powered USB hub....

    Had the same issue..It seems the power of your mac/pc usb goes off or in sleep

    Hello everyone!:)
    Yeah i tried to connect my Maschine over powered USB hub and the same story begins... I don't know if this can be fixed with some firmware update or i need to send my Maschine back to NI. ****...
    I know that it is probably a small stupid fix with USB connector but...
    And a glue under a upper side of front panel is not strong enough... :) i think you guys know what i mean!:) Otherwise is very well build hardware!:)

    Yeah i report my problem with Maschine & Logic but i still didn't get any feedback from NI. Looks like they have a lot of work ..
