no music coming out of my midi controller please help

Right.i need some people with a proper brain,everythink works but my music isnt playing back from my speakers,yes the laptop is new so the speakers will work please can somebody reply

cross le dj
umm its a hp laptop 4gb ram i think
windows 7 64 bit
dual core

honestly im new to all this but its a new laptop and im not sure and iv been on the mixvibes fourm and there so unhelpful i mean one guy said to me "your speakers might be broken" which is the most obvious thing you'll check.

My cross fader works and volume control and the track plays but just no sound

 

how do you have your kit connected johnny?
