No Pitch Slider in Traktor LE 2?

Just got an upgrade to Traktor LE 2, and I'm just trying to confirm, is there really no pitch slider? That just doesn't make sense to not include it unless it's a money grab thing. Thanks!

 

And here I was thinking I was the only one going mad about trying to find the pitch slider...

Please someone tell me that you guys did NOT take out the pitch slider from Traktor LE 2, because it makes absoultely no sense... and if this now is a "PRO only" feature, then I'm going to be VERY VERY disappointed....

 

if you have an pitch fader on an external mixer, it works.

 

im having trouble finding that pitch fader in midi setup myself..

where in setup is the pitch fader?

im using apc40 internal mixing mode, am i possible to use pitch fader?

 

I'm using the Kontrol X1 which does not have a pitch fader... effectively this takes out a LOT of Traktor's usability and I'll probably have to switch back to an older version then...

 

please go to Prefs > decks > tempo fader

or try another layout, if LE does not let you set the "tempo fader" option.

 

There is no "decks" option under the preferences in LE

 

Doesn't look like we're really going to get an official answer on this. Dear NI, if you guys really took out the tempo fader in the LE version to sell it as a pro-feature then I'll be really REALLY disappointed in you :/

 

Is there really no pitch fader in Traktor LE 2? That's disappointing.

Has anyone tried it with a controller? Maybe the Pitch Fader can't be accessed directly from the GUI but it can from a control surface

 

This is more than disappointing.

I've just invested in a Traktor Audio 2 unit with LE2. I've bought them purely to mix Dub & Dub Reggae. I have no aspirations of becoming a pro DJ - it's just for fun.

So I've imported some tunes, used Async, and the BPMs are all way off (up to 158BPM for Dub Reggae!).

Fine, I think, most software has it's weaknesses, ill use the 'Tap' feature. Oh it's disabled.... Not to worry, I'll have a play with the 'Pitch faders'. Oh they're disabled....

For a piece of software that claims;

"...includes everything you need to get your mix on. Start mixing your favorite MP3s on two decks within minutes..."

"TRAKTOR's stunning beat detection and BPM sync give you the power to perform perfect mixes..."

this is infuriating!

Someone please tell me I've made a blindingly obvious mistake and the features I was expecting are there.

I use traktor LE2 with a numark mixdeck, using the tap to sync, pitch fader & bend all works perfectly fine from the external mixer. If your planning on mixing from the laptop, no luck

 

2.0.2 is out along with Pitch Faders.

I have upgraded to 2.0.2 along with all my drivers and patches, but I still don't see the pitch faders. I've looked through all settings/prefs but still nothing. What am I missing? Thanks.

Got it. I went through the set up wizard and they activated.
