No serial number

I just got the B4II/Elektik Piano\Akoustik piano bundle. They all came individually packaged- not a problem. The B4II and AP both came with manuals and a card including the serial number. Elektrik Piano did not come with a manual and/or serial number. So, I have disks, but no mechanism to register the product. Ergo, it is useless in its current state.

I still haven't got any word back. Perhaps, this will get put off 'till next week, given the holiday and all. I understand that. However, it's been a few days and not response, except to validate that they have received my inquiry. (I would hope so.)

This is the first time that this has happened...very strange. I really don't know where to go with this at this junction.

I ended up on call waiting, until I ultimately got chopped off. This, of course, left a bad taste in my mouth, as I'm not ready to stand in line, again. However, I did manage to get a manager involved who did review this case. I just sent them a copy of my receipt, which I just got today. So, you can see, there's a bit of a hop-skip-jump going on here- just to get TO the registration door. Yes, I understand that these things happen. However, it really sucks going through this stuff.

If this happens to you- have a fax machine ready. I don't, so the channels are rather slow (i.e. in between days).
