    Hello.
    I bought a device on the 1st of December. During the purchase it was written the shipping time is 1-2 business days. But it hasn't been shipped still.
    I've already created a few tickets for the past few days, but they are without the answers still. Also tried the "chat" which is actually should be available now, but it's not, and yesterday didn't work. On the official Facebook page of NI my posts with the questions were removed in a blink of an eye. Everything looks like no one care. I'm not sure if this forum is the right place to ask, but does anybody know if there are any alive people in the NI and how to get to them?

    Hey Matt, I am also having issues contacting support. I've tried reaching them during chat hours for the past week, but it always says chat isn't available. I also have an open ticket, but haven't heard back. Basically, I ordered a Machine MK3 and KKS61, and ended up returning them unused after I received approval from the support team. I shipped both items back and provided the tracking. They delivered on 11/15, but I have not received any refund yet. I'd just like an update as it's over $1500 in gear. Would you please ask for an escalation on my issue as well?

    Hi Matt. I also wanted to use the chat, but there was nothing available in the chat hours. I already issued two tickets online. My first one is #2772201. There is nobody that I can talk to, I haven't received any e-mail response. It's been three days since I bought a few software packages, and I am still waiting to receive the download link. It's getting frustrating. If you can help me, please, I really appreciated.

    The team has an enormous backlog to deal with because of our sales and they will respond to everyone as quickly as possible. They also mentioned the chat will be available again on Monday.
    I'm sorry you all have to wait for these issues to be fixed but rest assured, we will be in touch as quickly as possible.
