No sound or no control in my headphones

Hi

I have a problem.. I cant get audio out of mine headphones

I have put some pictures of my setup, and if i put OUTPUT to 3 and 4, i hear something, but i cant control volume or anything

I tried with Traktor and VirtualDJ, and same problem..

Could it be my ASIO driver???

 

The Audio setup using the ASIO (not ASIO4ALL) driver looks good.

Play a track in Deck A and also enabling CUE/Preview for Deck B and play that as well. Post a screenshot of Traktor's main window in Mixer view mode so we can see all of the controls.

On the Reloop Digital Jockey 2 there are two knobs in the middle - one for PHONES (CUE VOL in Traktor) and one for MIX (CUE MIX in Traktor). Are you saying that that the volume AND the mix are not working?

If so, this probably indicates a mapping issue - and suggests that the CUE VOL knob may not be a hardware volume control (like on the S4) but needs to be correctly mapped to the Traktor Monitor Volume (CUE VOL) function.

 

Now i get it to work a little but nothing where the red arrows are, are not working when i move it on my hardware

 

Have you checked your manual to confirm you have imported the mapping and set up the controller correctly? Are you using the latest version of Traktor 2.6.8?
