    Hello all,

Newbie here. I am using a brand new MacBook (OS Monetary 12.1).

I cannot get any audio out off my MK3. I have tried everything that I have read in all forums and on YouTube.

    All help is much appreciated.

    Hello,

The headphone jack is, as far as I know, channel 3/4 so you have to set this as output in Maschine in order to hear something on your headphones.

If i remember correctly you can also send cue mix from the master output so you then don't have to switch the channels in the settings always back and forth.

Uwe- Thanks for the advice, but I've already watched that video and made these adjustments.

Can you make a picture of you preferences/audio/output? There should be set for out 1,2,3,4 the corresponding MK3 outputs 1,2,3,4.

I cannot get MK3 to play audio out of headphone jack nor can I get it to work out of MacBook speakers. I feel I have tried everything and I just can't get any sound out of this thing at all.

Audio does not route back to Computer built in speakers or the built in Headphones when using the MK3 audio interface. you need to connect Powered Monitors to the MK3 Outputs and use the Headphone Jack on the back of the MK3.

Do you use the headphone jack from your Mac? Then that's wrong you have to use the one on the MK3, as blindeddie already said.
