no sound out of mobile rig

I loaded the software for PC, the mobil rig was authorized. I have hooked up the guitar and the headphones correctly. unit usb green light was flashing but now is always green. no input lights come on at all. Using headphones that work fine otherwise. changed guitars and cords- still nothing.

ideas?

1. my pc does not have a sound card.
2. driver is set at asio
3. status is STOPPED
4. sample rate is O - Zero
5. if I change the driver to direct drive the white "OFF" goes away and there is a hiss out of my pc speakers and Mobile rig does not show up as a Device option. the hiss continues even if the unit is not connected to the USB.

no input sound or input lights coming on.

 

Hey Tony just read my response to jamnote. No Im not an ass, Ive tried loading it on two different computers with the same results. Guitar RigMobile is crap!

 

Ignore dano214's post. You have doubelposted; check the answer at the other one. Basically, the Mobile is so small you can't have both headphones and active speakers connected since they use the same socket. That smallish size comes at a cost. Use the supplied ASIO drivers only.

 

Fill, thank you. ok I have selected the asio audio driver and the global header still shows "OFF" , status says "stopped" and sample rate is "0" ...what is my next step (Im not a pc tech at all).

 

Do you have the inputs and outputs selected under the routing tab?

ok its working now. i reloaded the drivers and needed to select inputs and outputs wihch are not drop down options but click on them and they do show options. done. thanks.
