No Sound through Cue mode on my headphones?

Hey ,
I have been using taktor for about 4 years now, Ive been using the Numark NS6 with it for about 1 year. The new problem I've been having is when I want to hear a song that Im cueing up I get nothing. I checked to make sure my headphones working which they are, I can turn the cue/prog mix knob all the way to program and listen to whats playing live through the headphones but nothing from just cue. I've done some researching and know you have to go into the audio settings and setup output Moniter to channels 1 & 2 and master output to 3 & 4 or vise versa whatever. I only have two options to pick from left speaker and right speaker. I am using Asus Windows 8 64bit intel core i5 with traktor pro 2, yes I know Macs are easier to use but I cant throw down the money for one right now. My laptop is only 6 months old and I only use it for my music and checking email, It runs very well. Somebody out there in traktor world please help me out here , I wasted a whole day trying to figure this out and gave up , I switched to working on my beer and nfl playoffs. Thanks

 

It sounds like you are using the internal soundcard of the laptop and not the NS6 as your audio device.

Post screenshot of your Audio Setup and Output Routing.

 

see for the outputs I only have 2 options (Speakers L and Speakers R) Which the music plays great through the speakers just not through the cue

 

You should have multiple outputs to choose from Are you using the latest driver? It appears this is a supported controller and you are using the 2.9.25 driver, but there is a 2.9.55 combined driver available online.

You are the Man , Thank you so much for the links and info (Seriously big help man) . The really odd part of this whole thing is the NI customer service, it said there was a ticket and someone would get to me but you totally beat them by a mile. Ok got to go do some mixin,
