No sound through headphone connection

    Today, after several months lay-off, I set up my Traktor Kontrol S4 mk. 3 along with my laptop. I attempted to listen to playback simply through my headphones initially but got no sound. I tried to alter settings with no success. I checked that all updates were current. I even looked at solutions through the internet and NI forums and reviewed my sound settings through control panel again with no success. Can someone help please?

    i've the same problem mate, with the S2 and i cannot find an answer too.
    do you have the red speaker symbol close to LOAD too??

    I am also having the same issue with my S2. I have no audio in my headphones. This is a new issue since updating the software a few days ago.
