No Tracks In Traktor DJ...

Hi,

I'm new in the Apple World - that may be this Thread is more an
"Understand the Apple World"-Thread, so sorry for that, but i hope
anyone can help me:

I use Traktor since more then 6 years on windows pc. Since last month i switched
to a Macbook Pro. I never used Itunes. Today i bought the Traktor DJ App for my Ipad 2. I had only one track bought in itunes, so there were only this 1 track.
Now i put my Traktor collection to itunes and bought 1 year Itunes Match to syncronize
my traktor collection over icloud with my ipad.
Now my collection is shown on the ipad, i can play the tracks on the internal "music" app on the ipad.
But in Traktor DJ there is still only the one track i bought at itunes - but no other track
from my collection.

what did i wrong ?

If you are accessing your tunes through the cloud, they they are not physically on your iPad - therefore you can not access them for this function.

 

iTunes Match is not supported because the files distributed to your devices may not be an exact match of the original

 

so i have to buy the tracks new i want to play ?
and what about my own productions ? i cant play them ?

 

You can play anything as long as it is on the hardrive that your iTunes is installed on.

 

and exactly this is the question: how do i get my tracks on the ipad ?

 

With iTunes.
You have to add them to you iPad from an iTunes collection on your laptop.

 

Does the music not physically need to be on the iPad in order for it to be played in the Traktor DJ App?

 

ok, i thought that icloud will solve the problem.
sorry, but i am a windows user so i dont know how to make it.
my itunes on the ipad is only a store - how can i syncronize itunes macbook collection to my ipad ?
In windows i have a network and can copy files from one harddrive to another...

 

Yeah the music has to be on the iPad for TDJ to play it.
It has to be on the HD of your laptop for metadatasync to work.

You dont use iTunes Store on the iPad you use the music application.
Connect your iPad to the laptop and drag the tracks you want to use from your iTunes library on the laptop to the iPad Music collection.

 

haha **** - tried evereything via wireless - didnt think about to use the usb-cable...
