No voucher after activating Komplete 8

    Hello ! I have purchased Komplete 8 ultimate and never got the voucher ( for approximately 1 week now ), I sent a ticket to the support and no answer still...

    I even doubt they'll read this post as I found a lot of questions adressed to them still not answered -_-

    So if there's any solution, please let me know
