Hi there I just bought Komplete 7 this week and Im trying to get all my patches for Massive, Absynth, Reaktor 5.5, Kontact 4 Guitar Rig 4 Pro (And included extras like Reaktor Prism & Spark, Tracktors 12, The Finger reflektor, etc) to show up in the Kore player but I have no idea how to go about doing this?

At the moment I'm only showing a couple of hundred synth patches and and about 20 FX patches in the Kore player, IM pretty sure I should be showing thousands no?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The player only reads .ksds made for the player. You'd need the full version of Kore to get the other .ksds to appear.

Bit of a bloody pathetic oversight that. Id have expected better from a company like NI.

It's not an "oversight". You expect the free player to have the same functionality as the full software that costs hundreds?

The free player is a scaled down version of Kore 2. It's main function is to load and play Kore Sound Packs "NI approved librarys" either their own or 3rd parties.

The player includes all of the engines of the synths listed, but only so they can take advatage of the capabilities with the Kore Sounds (ksd's). You can not directly tweak the parameters in the synth, only the ones provided by the Kore 2 knobs and buttons, unless you own that synth already.

I would wait to see if Kore 3 is coming soon. The full version is definitely worth getting if you own Komplete 7. They work great together once you get it set up.

Dude I paid hundreds for kompete I at least expect the friking patches to show up in the damn browser. NI should make it abundantly clear that this is NOT the case so then people like me don't have to get pissed off.

I stand by my analysis, at the very least its pathetic, at worst its purposefully misleading. Either way it sucks ass.

The browser is one of the MANY reasons to own the full version of Kore 2, in my opinion. It does work well together though.

If I do buy kore I'll be waiting for 64bit support and probably version 3.
