In this example, I'm trying to use a sawtooth wave that will be modulated by a sample played in the sampler. However, I am getting no audio output from this setup. Anybody know why?

P.S. I feel a bit embarassed to be asking such simple questions, so if there's a better forum for this, please let me know. Also, I am currently unable to login to my NI account, so downloading user-made ensembles and taking them apart is not possible for me at this time.

btw, don't be embaraased about asking questions, sometimes they are not as simple as you might think. your question here is not stupid at all.

anyway, you need to make the audio outputs from the saw tooth and sampler single voice . that is wht the vocoder is not working. to do that you need to use an Audio Voice Combiner (you can find it in your
    Auxillary modules).

    see picture.

Re: logging in to the User Library. the user name is the email address that you used to register your products and the password is the number that NI sent you (sometimes the password for this forum).

Thanks for all your help. I owe you one.

Yeah, I know. For some reason I stopped being able to login to my account about 4 months ago. NI registration support wasn't willing to do anything other than send me several new passwords, but none of them worked. I have made numerous calls to the toll-free support line, but it seems that they are just not answering their phone. Kinda frustrating, because this is probably something that could be solved with a 5 minute phone call.
