Not recognising Soundcloud on reload

    Traktor DJ 2 works with Soundcloud, fine.

    Then I close DJ, open it, and it won't connect to Soundcloud. I had Go+, I upgraded to DJ to see if it would help (it didn't).

    Then maybe in trying all sorts of things, it will connect. But it's so random I haven't managed to work out what makes it wake up.

    Attached is what I see.

    Any clues? Version 2.4.1 (478)

    Oh, and I submitted a request to NI at least a week ago and I've not seen any response.

    Same here, I already request NI support and no response, and also contacted Soundcloud support and this was the answer:

    "We're currently experiencing an unexpected outage, but have all hands on deck right now working to resolve the issue as soon as possible."

    But now I'm not sure if the issue is with the Traktor or Soundcloud.

    It's been like this for a while I think, tho. I just updated my Mac so everything's up to date, and the issue remains.

    We had a couple of customers reporting this issue recently, it might probably come from Soundcloud.
    Following up on this.

    Do you think we should be logged in to Soundcloud in a browser before we fire up Traktor, or do you think that's the wrong thing to do?

    Anyone have any updates? I have a gig on Friday and most of my music is stored in SoundCloud. Help please!

    Not working for me also...
    Soundcloud support told me that they are working on this, and according to NI support sounds that the issue is with Soundcloud...

    UPDATE: Traktor brought me to the SoundCloud page but as soon as I signed in, same issue occurred.

    Wow, I hope this gets fixed soon…as an event DJ, this really limits catalog and I’ve got a pretty big gig coming up this weekend :-(

    I'm still waiting for them to reply, they told me that they will say something when is fixed or have any news... But till today still not working...
