    Dear Sir

I am very unsatisfied with the ABBEY ROAD 70'S DRUMMER.

I cannot use it on my project and I wish to have a refund.

    How can I do it?

    Sincerely,

    Alan Sommer

    Hello

I have tried to find some contact way but I coudnt. Seems like your company is not very interesting in helping their customers. I do understand its a big company, but the products are not cheap and as a quality company you do not provide a contact channel other than the Forum. Your website is complex and I just could not find any other way to make a complaint.

I tried the link you sent me and it just didnt work properly - like the software you sold me. I am sorry but I have no idea what Solution Wizard is! About the page you told me to visit, and which helps nothing but making your customers more confused.
It says to reach out to our Solution Wizard above". What is and where is that Solution Wizard is something impossible to find out.

Then instead I clicked on a GET WEBSHOP SUPPORT and here again... the link brings out a page that doesnt work properly - just like your products.

All I need is a refund for a product that I did not like. The drum sound is nice, but the loops are cheese and I cant use them anywhere. I am so sorry if i'm being very direct here, and I am sorry to frustrate you and your company. I am sure your Abbey Road 70's drummer works for other producers, but it doesnt do it for me. I feel like I have acquired a different product than what I thought it would be... I apologise for being so straightforward. I would like to have a refund. The files will be completely and forever deleted from my hard drive and no harm feelings.

Can you help me with that?

    Have a great holiday!

    Alan Sommer

I am not affiliated with NI, just a user like you offering advice. Use the chat feature during normal operating hours (times active are listed) they are not open on weekends, so you need to contact them Monday. Good luck!

Hely guys. I got a problem with this plugin, specifically with the reggae-ska groove. I can't use the 03 straight 69BPM. I have tried it on several projects and nothing that works. Has anyone had the same problem?
