    Hi,

I bought Maschine yesterday, and installed it, and all the drivers.
When I plug it in, it flashes for about a millisecond, then goes dead.
Windows does recognize it, makes the dingdong noise, but it doesnt power on.
I try opening Mashine 1.6 and nothing.
I try the editor. And nothing.

I tried installing it on another computer, and same thing.

Is it the hardware itself that is broken?

Does not work, I did that reboot and driver install thing a couple of times.
No chance to get this to work.

The LED flash shortly when I connect the usb cable. Then it says that the device cannot be recognized.

It says unknown device in device manager.

    Is my Machine faulty?

    resolved

I found the problem. And resolved it.

The new Audio Komplete 6 takes away too much energy, to a point where no other USB devices (like USB stick) can be recognized.
So I shut down the computer, took off the AC cable for one minute. That was to only way to have a full reset.

When rebooting USB was recognized again =)
BUT strange behavior and display error on the Maschine.

This was again because it was on the same USB hub directly on the computer. And this usb hub was obviously overwhelmed by the power needed.
I changed the power sucking AK6 to a USB hub that I have on my Dell monitor.

    Now both work perfectly.

Also both would work perfectly when disabling the microphone phantom power which is what obviously took too much power off the system.
