    I think the ability to put down a note in the tracks timeline would be very useful. Sometimes I wanna play a song because I remember I like a certain bit of it and I want to find out which bit that is. Or sometimes I forget that a song has total silence for like 20 seconds which I might not want....

    Being able to put that in the timeline without taking up a cue point would be great!

    It could work with two tags:
    Label : displays in the timeline where you've put it down. Something like "The Good Bit"

    Description : a little popup window will display with a longer description when you rollover it ala help mode.
