Enter Windows XP, And Double click on reaktor icon does my computer Freeze!

    Please help Please, Please, Please!

    Version of Reaktor?

    Context?

    Have you already installed it?

If you don't want our pent up aggression but instead want our help, I suggest you give the required details quickly before John Nowak wakes up.

    Time is ticking...

I've never seen reaktor running on XP so I'm not sure.
Sounds to me like a driver issue.
Have you tried fail safe mode to check?
Do you have the latest sevice pack installed?
Do you have a midi controler running when you start it up?(I know from experience that the evolution 249 can cause serious problems in win 2k)
And I'd reccomend the 4.12 reaktor update.

Luckily for me, I've erased the memory of installing Reaktor, however I don't think it was problem free.

I'd be inclined to uninstall it completely and try again, if you've never got it to start correctly.

After you installed it, it should have run the Registration Tool automatically. Did it do that? Did you enter a proper serial number and get a proper key for your system?

As mentioned before I'd reccommend upgrading to version 4.1.2, available here:

    Yes to all

However it did not prompt me with a registration screen.
my computer is fast otherwise and i don't have any other problems with it.
