Numark Mixtrack and Traktor Pro

    Hi guys,

    i recently bought the Numark Mixtrack Controller and was trying to get it mapped with Traktor Pro. watched a youtube video where dey said to copy the .TSI file and import it to the software however when i select the controller from the drop down menu the controller does not respond or even light up.

    anyone knows how i can get Traktor Pro to work with the Mixtrack..

    Try a mater reset on the device (or maybe reset to factory defaults) as the settings on the device may have been changed......

    the device does not have any reset buttons...it only has a USB cable which provides power as well as data transfer

    there is probably a button combination that you have to hold while plugging the device in to reset it... Numark support should be able to point you in the right direction

    was your usb device recognized? try using a hub or a different usb port.

    I am having the same problem as madlover_103 and theres really no way to tell if the device is recognized that I know of.

    the problem is the device wont show under any more than Windows generic usb device. I do remeber getting the generic usb audio installer.

    Try plugging it into a different usb port. Make sure the first time around, if you use a hub that you run the device directly into the machine first and let the driver install.
