Numark Mixtrack Pro Looping Out.

I just recently switched from VDJ to Traktor Pro so i'm still getting into the swing of things, but loving it nonetheless and glad i made the switch.

But I'm have one very persistent issue, the looping functions are not working properly.

If I have song A playing and want to create an Auto Loop I will first hit Auto Loop button on the mixtrack, this then allows me to adjust the size of the loop before i set it, just like it virtual dj.

Here is where my problems begin, I click to the right to get to say, a 16 beat loop, hit Loop Out as i would in Virtual DJ to confirm and set the loop, but it jumps back down to a 4 beat loop. Then I can adjust it to the size I want (Which is rather annoying).

THEN, when i want to cancel said loop, as I would in VDJ I would hit the Loop Out button once again to cancel the loop. But here in Traktor, this brings the loop back down to 4 beats screwing up the mix, then if i click it again, it cancels the loop like I wanted it to, to begin with.

Is there a way I can make it so it stops wanting to create a 4 beat loop out of nowhere? and to be able to successfully cancel the loop without Traktor wanting to set a 4 beat loop?

On the mixtrack you can turn of manual and hit out and it will exit the loop completely. I'm still hoping for a better solution, but it works in the meantime.
