Numark N4 Mapping Request/Question

    Hey guys. I was just wondering if anyone knows how to map the new Numark N4 controller to Traktor Pro. Right now im using the .tsi that numark supplies on its webpage. I was looking for a mapping that could incorporate the controls that i posted below. I added colored boxes around the buttons that I would like to change on both decks. These are my desired controls:

    Red Box - Activate Loop
    Purple Box - Scroll down loop length in Traktor
    Blue Box - Scroll up loop length in Traktor
    Green Box - Activate JogFx mode of some sort

    Im in no way asking for someone to create a .tsi for me. (Although that would be nice haha). Im just looking for advice on how to get my desired functions out of my controller. Thank you for reading,

    Dude, do the jog wheels work okay on yours? For some reason my Traktor Scratch Pro 2 is trying to recognise them as timecode vinyls

    Have you got them working yet?

    Also, Kevin, are you using the TSI off the Numark site? and they're working fine?

    Same here dude, I'm desperately trying to sort it, having to use Serato DJ Intro in the meantime :\ I'll let you know when I find a solution!

    hi,

    have those jogwheel issues been sorted out in between?

    I'm also playing with the idea to buy the Numark N4. Last week i was in my favorite audio equipment store and the staff told me, that all dj controllers which are not exclusively made for Traktor and don't have the Traktor logo are mostly that badly mapped that it doesnt make a sense to use them in combination with traktor. Furthermore they said it's really a pain in the a** to make an own midi mapping for traktor in a fashion that everything works fine...

    What do you think of that? My alternative would be a Pioneer DDJ-T1 - which seems like a real fine controller, but is quite pricey and even bigger than the N4, so not really what i'm looking for...
