Numark O.C. quality issus?

Hi, I have just bought a Numark Omni Control, and I see problems almost everywere I look when I'm mixing.

So I just want to check with other users, could it be that my MIDI is defect.

SETUP:
strong cpu, ram etc. Win Vista x64.
Traktor LE, updated to latest.
Numark Omni Control
Drivers: numark_omnicontrol_x64_2.8.29 [beta?]
Mapping: Not touched, pre with Traktor LE.

{ Just noticed online, my Omni lay-out is the same as the Numark Website Images, but different from most stores images.

Mines has loop in & out buttons, PFL (headphone) and Directory instead of page. Strange...one of them must be a later model? }

ISSUES:

*When using the button to search Directories. and tracks, Traktor freez and freez sounds aswell for aprox 1sec. Then it comes back. Everytime I scroll far down in my play list. I set the software to prebuff on startup. This doesn't happen if I use my mouse and computer screen to find a track.

*Function Key is ON. Key is not Locked solid, and the sound changes when moving pitch-slide up and down. Like a delay or something and then after perhaps 200-300ms gets back to the locked key.

*When changing track on a Deck and have used Gain+/-, the gain remains were I left it, but when I touch the Gain-Button it suddenly drops to 0. This would kill in a liveset. I have turned off the "reset all settings on track change"-function.

*Sometimes the LEDS stops working, ex. Key is locked, but LED doesn't glow, press it twice, its back to normal.

*Deck A plays but the Master Volume button/slider is in the bottom, touching it the volume drops to 0. Same problem as the Grain, above.

*After setting a Cue-point, and press Cue. Nothing happens, release and press Cue again and it plays.

I am Really disappointed, I thought I had bought a solid MIDI unit. Give me some opinions if you have experienced the same problems. it it software? MIDI-controller defect?
