    Hello,

I'm using my Omni Control with Traktor Pro 1.2.1 on Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6.4.). After trying couple of drivers (including the driver that came on a CD) I realized that the driver installed to my Applications folder stated "No device" status.

I tried uninstalling them, found myself around numark & NI support pages and finally downloaded numark_omnicontrol_driver_2.0.2. I uninstalled all previous installations with official uninstall app and reinstalled 2.0.2. driver with the following procedure:
    1) Unpluging the device from USB
    2) Installing the new driver
    3) Pluging the device
    4) Installing Traktor Pro 1.2.1.

I can't get the driver to recognize my device. The lights are not being led and Traktor does not list Numark Omni Control device among "Audio setup > Audio device".

Please help me out with any suggestions how to bypass this irritating problem.
    Thanks a lot.

    Hi nathannever,

this looks like a problem more related to the Numark hardware and I would suggest to look at the Numark website and their support resources first. It could be that your computer starts in a so called 64 bit kernel mode, or there might be a hardware defect involved, for example. I am sure the Numark support will be able to analyze the issue and help you with a solution.

    Best regards,
