I recently reinstalled SD(latest version) via my Komplete 3 disc. When I close the app in Standalone mode it causes XP to go into slow motion for about 5-10 seconds. I use it with the Echo Layla 3G. Anyone else have this happen?

If you installed it from the K3 installer, chances are it ISN'T the latest version (I'm not sure about the last batch that used the Service center; I know that's the case for the .xml installers). The latest version is 1.5.7.

Another thing about Spektral Delay in standalone- it'll work the best with buffers that are multiples of 256. If you're having issues, try setting your Layla's buffers to 256 or 512 and see if that helps.

Thanks for the help EW! I do have the latest(1.5.7), I tried playing around with the buffer sizes and still the same problem. Should the buffer size match the same as the sound card??? Or does it matter?

Yeah, the buffer sizes should match.

That's a weird one, though- I've never heard of that one before. While I'm not using XP Pro, I've been using SD with XP for almost five years now, and I've never seen that.

    What soundcard are you using?

Actually, I have two that I rotate between. My usual culprit is the KORE controller. I also use a Terratec EWX 24/96 which I've had for five years (my soundcard before KORE).
