Off State Percentage only 25%?

    Hello ,
    The backlight of the pads in a state "off" can't be at ZERO?
    From memory, it was the same on the F1 and the problem had been corrected after updates.

    I'm with you on this, would prefer the off state to be a lot dimmer than it is!

    I asked NI,here's the answer:

    Bonjour ****,

    Ah sorry for the mistake.

    The "Off/Dim state percentage" of the Kontrol D2 is fixed to 25% and cannot be
    adjusted to be lower.

    This has a technical background, since the pads are 16 colour RGB pads, some of
    our colours are not looking correctly anymore when they are dimmer then this fixed
    25% value.

    With this limitation we can guaranty that our pads are allways showing the same 16
    different colours in both on & off state.
