To stress it: This is absolutely off-topic and just meant to amuse fans of 24-series and users of midi-controllers.

Tonight, the final three episodes of season 5 have been broadcasted on German TV (RTL 2)... yes, I know that we are always behind the times due to marketing efforts and dubbing. (Season 6 is already on TV in the states.)

Just a few minutes after 4 o'clock, CTU(Counter Terrorist Unit, L.A.)-Agent Chloe O'Brian is supposed to manipulate/improve the quality of an audio-file proving the envolvement of president Logan in the assassination of ex-president Palmer.
Guess what high-tech advanced technology-pro-tool she uses! tik-tok-tik-tok-tik-tok... A Hercules DJ Console MK2!
(2 Jog Wheels, buttons for EQing, Play- and Cue-Buttons, USB 2.0-connected...; just small modification of top-part of the exterior: small "hills")

Till tonight, I was not aware that I possess such a brilliant piece of ...kit; thought it was just a nice toy made of plastic; at a reasonable price!

Usually, the CTU constantly uses satelite-connections, electromagnetic pulses, live-streams of CCTV/satelite-observations/thermal imaging cameras transferred just-in-time to PDAs, cell-phones calling submarines or F18-fighters...

Little correction:
Just stumbled over a picture of a DJ Control MP3 DJ USB Controller. Seems to be this baby due to the small "hills" on the top of the surface.

Therefore, it's you (Native Girl) possesing the high-tech-toy.

I bought the new DJ Console MK2 with the Traktor 3 LE, as i wanna use it on a different location than home (Imac), I connect my console to my portable. I did this end of last year, now i would like to re-use my powerbook again. But i need to register the software ( a month went by). Having only one serial number, what do I have to do ? I also would like to know if I upgrade to Traktor 3 if it will work also with my DJ Console MK2 ?

PS : I checked with Hercules, but they said that all elements related to the software should be handled by NI.
