    Hi,

I was wondering when I was going to get told off! Sorry, didn't mean to start a chat room! Now, back to Kore 2....

And for anybody that is within the grace period, there is now a link to the form you have to fill out! Can't wait!

Hi, and what happens if I recently activated my Kore 1 after a second-hand buy?
it seems I 'm not allowed the grace period because I haven't any proof of purchase to upload?
I'm so anxious to play with K2 new step-seq

I wouldn't have thought that a 2nd buy qualifies for a 'grace period' upgrade - otherwise we'd all be selling our Kore 1's to each other......... Now, why didn't I think of that? :S

you maybe right, but I would then be slightly disapointed, because when I bought my second hand guitar rig 1 I was elligible for V2 update.
If things have changed now, then I will pay.

There´s a difference between free grace period upgrades and regular updates, I think. But the normal upgrades aren´t that expensive. 99 euros for the Kore upgrade is probably less than you saved on buying it second hand, jrey4. :)

You're right, and anyway that was a bad move, because my controller came with two broken unusable buttons .
Anyway, I'm not claiming any right, I just want to know.

I have thought about the knobs, too. Do you know if Native provides repair, free or paid?

    No, I don't .
Actually I've got two broken knobs, not buttons.

    http://www.native-instruments.com/index.php?id=kore2updoffers

...there is no specific date how long the special offer of 49€ will be valid for the upgrade for Kore & Komplete owners. Beforehand it was said that it would be only for the month of its release, but now since there is nothing mentioned there I'd like to know if that's the permanent price. Thing is I want to buy my Komplete 5 upgrade in the beginning of December and I was wondering if the Kore 2 offer will be still valid then...

wait, so now it's not being sent automatically?

all this time, the website said we would automatically receive the update (the grace period users). NOW there's a form to fill out. What gives? i have my receipt to scan and jpeg, but... c'mon... consistency... time... had i not chosen to look at the details a fifth time, i would be waiting forever for this update to arrive because i was told previously by the same website that all i had to do was activate my product between x and y dates. :p
