Hi, I was looking at buyin traktor scratch pro and was wondering would the followin work ok with it.
(All Numark)
2x TT500 Turntables
2x iCDX CD Players
and a 5000FX Mixer
Any help would be great. Thanks

 

Is it possible to get the Traktor Pro upgrade after purchasing Traktor Scratch? Is it for free?

ecirp there isnt an upgrade from Traktor Scratch to Traktor Pro as such (if you meant Traktor Pro not Traktor Scratch Pro?).
What you would need to do is purchase the Traktor Scratch Pro Upgrade for owners of Traktor Scratch.

Yeah it happens once in a while

 

my 2 cents:

...a good produced could not fall in error, a good producer is a perfect producer, not a mediocre producer that must go back and forward for correct errors on his mixes.

a good dj / producer is capable of mixing without "Bigs errors", and if he / she is not capable, for me, IMHO, as a listener, is not a good dj / producer!

errors are of humanity, but an error is "taste of humanity", a "big error" is dued to inexperience and lack of practice...

well Not so bad of re-doing a complete mix for learning purposes if I fall in "bigs errors", my "demo" will be more accurate and well mixed up.

When are you guys going to bring back the CURRENT playlist function as in T3.4? (Right click Add to END, Add to NEXT)

This was one of the most useful functions about Traktor. Not having this function is whats keeping me with T3.4 instead of Pro

I dont like TSP. cuz too may issues. I like my Studio 3.. and now I am back to original.

 

Many people are having the "the artwork is embedded in the file but won't show up in traktor problem." Will there be an official solution to this problem anytime soon?

I've recently spent a lot of money in a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Surround 5.1 External USB, just to use it with TRAKTOR PRO.

The same bug occurs, Traktor does not play anything. It appears that this bug is happening with the whole X-Fi family.

Shame on Native Instruments. When it is going to solve this bug?

 

just a quick question before I start a big troubleshooting session tomorrow morning:

MIDI Mapping should work in the TSP Demo Version, right? The problem is, my Nuo4's Signals aren't recognized by TSP, even though the Nuo4 is the activated Midi Device in the Settings. It works fine with the "old" Traktor Scratch... In TSP I try to "learn" MIDI Commands, but they're never recognized...

 

Hey guys, can I have traktor scratch AND traktor scratch pro installed in the same laptop? I had TS pro but went back to TS since i had so many issues. I'd like to give it a second try since they have an update. I'd appreciate your answers!

 

Yeah you can have both programs live happily on the same machine independently. Not a problem.

 

Hey Karlos, so if I run one or the other, it is not gonna mess my files up? I am kind of concerned because of the analyzing of all my library again by TS Pro, you know?

 

No dont worry mate. Traktor Pro installs a whole new folder.
[user-home]\Documents\Native Instruments\Traktor\

This has no impact on your TS collection or settings. It will not affect your TS beatgrids/cues etc at all even after analysing .

Im currently using TS, T3.4 and Pro independently , no worries.
