This thread provides information about upcoming patches for Maschine. It will be updated whenever new information becomes available. --------- The currently available software version is 2.3. Please make sure that your installation is up to date. -------- The patch is currently in this phase: specification development beta testing final testing For an explanation of the different phases, please see the section below. --------- The update will include the following improvements: New and improved features: Presets can now be marked and filtered as favorites Option to always use latest version of NI plugins added to preferences Bugfixes: Issue where incorrect key colours could be shown for Polyplex on the Komplete Kontrol S Series keyboards fixed Issue in which wrong item could be deleted from the browser when using the delete key fixed Fixed an issue where parameters could disappear / change appearance when holding HW buttons Fixed issue with unclear labels on the Maschine Mk2 Mixer screen Issue where samples could be deleted when using "save samples as" over the original sample fixed Issue where old group/sound name could be displayed when loading a new group/sound fixed Parameters in the filter module no longer inconsistent Maschine crash on exit if certain projects were loaded fixed Fixed an issue where aux send routings were not correctly imported from iMaschine Fixed issue with unclear labels on the Maschine Mikro nav page when no parameter pages were available Fixed issue where undocked plugin windows could still be shown after undoing plugin loading Komplete Kontrol S Series displays now update after undoing plugin loading Browser no longer refreshes after deleting large number of entries Group / sound routings no longer removed after loading a new group Issue where multi-select parameter edit would only apply to the focused sound now fixed Parameters now shown when loading presets from the internal browser of NI plugins This list is subject to change, and does not necessarily list all features and fixes that will be in the final update. --------- Please understand that it is not possible to give a specific release date until a patch has passed final testing. Updates may revert back to "development" at any time if additional issues are discovered during testing. ---- Patch status explanation: specification - the changes to the software are defined, including details of new features and the list of fixes. in development - the code of the software is being worked on by the developers. beta testing - the new version is checked by a testing group for functionality, stability and compatibility. final testing - the update goes through a final series of standardized tests prior to release.
