Often copying midi regions from other tracks into Kontakt tracks some notes become muted!

Hi.. This is something I noticed more than once. I try to move regions composed using tracks loaded, for example, with logic stock orchestra to new tracks loaded with a kontakt library, but then most of the notes are somehow muted! The same problem exists with different kontakt libraries. For example I have Hyperion Strings and I have Nucleus. They both have the same problem which leads me to think that the problem is in the kontakt player itself. Also the problem does not occur with Spitfire libraries, for example.
If I play the same notes (chords) manually in the same spot then it works OK. But if I move/copy the whole old region into the new kontakt track then, as I mentioned, some notes have no sound! It is also the same if I copy the individual notes from the old region and paste them into the a newly created region in the kontakt track. It is as if these particular notes have some property which kontakt does not like, but I cannot figure out what!

Any clue what the problem can be? Anyone seen similar issues?

    I am on:
    - Logic Pro X (10.5)
    - Mojave 10.14.6
    - Kontakt 6 Player 6.2.2 (R51)

Sounds like likely the MIDI channel of the events in the region is not the same as the instrument loaded in Kontakt?

This can't be the case. I am playing and recording in the same region through the same channel and it's OK. Also, as I mentioned, some copied notes do play but in different bars. I mean let's say I copy a region of 10 bars then may be the notes in the first two bars are muted but bars 3-10 sound OK, although some of the notes in both cases are on the same pitch!
