Oi, do I wait?

    Now that I just found out that I can use the MK1 and MK2 controllers together, and how easy it is to switch focus between the two, the question now is: Do I wait for the 88 key version of the MK2, or do I just go ahead and get the 61 key version of the MK2 and use them together?
    Just typing out loud.

    If you already have an 88, do you really need another 61? Look at all the issues people are having with the new Mk2's and DAWs.

    I would say wait.

    No issues with Ableton and s61 mk2 here..

    Also there maybe not a 88 key version in pipeline......

    I would say wait.
    I'm waiting as well or until some other company creates a 88 key controller to my liking.
    I'm sure NI will use whatever they learned from the Mk2 S61 to make an S88 Mk2 that has less issues.
