ok, i am an idiot, HELP!

    k, i activated the Audio Kontrol 1 license in Service Center while my AK1 was not connected to the computer, and then when i connected the AK1 to my mac again and try to reactivate it, it doesnt give me the option any more, it says: Successfully Activated

    Also my question is, seems like there's no sound come out of any output on my AK1, this means it's not activated, correct?

    if so, how can i activate it?

    As long as you have registered the AK1 with NI, you do not need to do it again. So don't worry. It doesn't even need to be 'activated' though. Registration is optional but it allows you to get access to tech support.

    The no sound coming from outputs may be a problem with your driver installation. Check if the AK1 is connected or not by bringing up the NI Control Panel.

    Also, do post your complete system specs to make it easier for troubleshooting suggestions.
