Ok check it.... I'm having a problem that I can't seem to find a solution too with my Maschine studio/software.... i load a sample and I want to play it on my keyboard but it seems to change the timing on every key it seems to get faster or slower so I was wondering if any one has any tips on loading a sample and having it play on the midi keyboard so the tone changes while still keeping the same speed so the lower the tone doesn't have the extra super lagging effect

I don't think you can do that in maschine without stretching each note to make them go at the same speed.
If anybody knows a real way to do that i would like to know aswell

It would be nice, someone said to use kontakt and tbh I've never used it before I've been messing with it but it times out bc I'm using my own sample and not a liscenced sample. Lol wtf

Yea I know how to time stretch n all I'm used to the Mpc so this Maschine is def diff. I mean no sampler Ive used ever did that I just for some reason was thinking Maschine did it playing a melody with a custom sample and having to change each individual key def sucks. Hahha

Maschine will not do this, Kontakt will and it is just a couple of clicks, however , as you have found, the unlicensed version does time out, so to use unhindered you would need to buy it.

Sort of, Licensed Kontakt libraries (Pay NI to encrypt them for you) will work unhindered in an unlicensed Kontakt, so any libraries that have come from NI direct or the company you bought them off have paid NI to encrypt them, will work unhindered, however, trying to use you own samples in that version of Kontakt, it will time out after 30 or 20 minutes, i forget how long.
There are other samplers available in VST, however, i don't actually know of any off hand that offer that feature.
You could always use a sample editor to stretch each individual note and map those out in Maschine, you may even find that you could stretch just once every octave or so, and that may work out for you, you can do that directly in maschine just using its stretch feature.

    Test group
Thats a quick group with samples
First pad is a raw file
Second pad is using Maschines stretching to +1
Third pad is using Maschines stretching to +12
Fourth pad uses resampling (No stretch) to +1
Fifth pad uses resampling (No stretch) to +12

So it can be done if you are willing to do all the stretches manually and then map them in Maschine, it just wont do it automagically.
But, if you know the melody you are going to play, you only have to stretch to the notes you are going to play, so if you are only playing four notes, just stretch the four notes and map them.

Makes perfect sense one thing that kinda sucks is all the extra time that takes but hey at least we have that option right. Thanx for your input will deff mess around with it today

yeah it is a shame there is no scripting or macro back end in Maschine, a bunch of stuff like this would be a couple clicks to do.

No there will be no scripting in future releases, that was confirmed as "against the ethos" a long time ago, hopefully we will just see a super tight integration of Kontakt at some point, trust me, if you own and like Maschine, you will end up owning Komplete, it is too sweet a set up to avoid hahaha

It is the cheapest set up around, if you have ultimate, you don't need anything else, it has everything you will ever need, you will probably buy other stuff, but you do not need it.

In my eyes yes, but i like using Maschine, Ultimate in Maschine is pretty damn slick.
