    Hi there!
I've been producing my music for some time now, I Already got some Native stuff (Komplete Kontrol Ultimate, Komplete Kontrol S61MK2,...), and I'm thinking in DJ my own stuff to see if the "crowd" would enjoy.

I have ZERO experience in DJing, so I'm asking for some advice with the first DJ console I'll buy... Since I'll start just in private parties, some small gig to start with, I consider two things: Traktor S2 Mk3 or Pioneer DDJ400.
Some says Traktor is the best software to deal with, some tell that the Controler Traktor S2 is limited regards to the Pioneer.... well...
What I find interesting, maybe is: The fact I already use a NI Keyboard could be of any advantage in my setup? What is best for me: Stay in the Brand (NI)? Does eventually DDJ400 works with Traktor Soft? Well....

Anything you guys can tell me about it all will be much apreciated!

    Thanks!

DDJ 400 is a Rekordbox controller, it'll work with Traktor but you'll need a mapping to get everything to work. If you go with a NI controller it'll work out of the box. And the new mark 3's are very good units.
Entirely up to you, either way learn to DJ properly and use your ears instead of your eyes. Beat grids can be wrong, your ears won't be.

Also, don't take the nil responses personally. They ignore everyone.
