Open communication - NI guys, feel free to jump in!

Dear All,

As a change in communication has been promised a while ago and can tell most of us seeing some positive progress I start this thread to give some place for carrying on this further.

Q4 last year was taken up by fixing some essential issues then was told Native Instruments working on this last update v.2.1. As we got this now I think I'm not alone to say it is time to expand communication further and take in count those many features that a vast number of users waiting for.

If you guys from NI could just hop in please to discuss the direction that the users would like to go in and as well your conception, we may be able to work out a well working cooperation?

I'd ask you guys to keep this conversation in a civilized form so we can focus on a sufficient communication from both end.

Eagerly awaiting a response from NI as to what's happening next with both KK and Maschine. Maschine MK3 and KKMK2 have been out a long time now, and still missing basic features that were promised. Same with Jam.

Maybe they're under a gag order.

 

It's certainly starting to look that way.

 

Maybe too busy trying to find a fix for the Win 10 problem that's stopped S MK1's from working weeks ago...

 

They're probably too busy to fix that with years worth of bugs and features they'd promised to sort going incomplete.

 

I perversely hope that Microsoft tells them it’s a WONTFIX on their side, so NI will be forced to go and review some “old” code. Who knows, maybe when they are forced to get distracted from their beloved sounds.com, some other bugs will be fixed. Worst case, I’ll enjoy some Schadenfreude.

 

There seems to be an issue on Mac with Ableton too... I'm hoping in that they reach the point of "Meh, f*ck it, let's outsource the whole thing and I'll have a double of what he's drinking...'

ADDED Support for KOMPLETE KONTROL M32 Hardware

How on the Earth could a top brand (can't see this anymore) add hardware support to the main software after shipping the hardware?!

Feel sorry for NI, you just seem to go down the fall, the forum is burning from the many issues. We need some straight answers, just tell us if this chaos was gonna continue or what's the matter?
QA issues stacking up, disappointed users flooding the Forum, communication is almost back like in the dark days, releases lacking high priority fixes and not even touched features. Just man up and speak straight please!

Guys@NI, there's still no fix for the Group channel issue and multiple Chains in Instrument Rack and still just don't give a SH.T???!!!
Seriously you want us to think that this is the worse software Support/Dev we ever met?? I simply don't get dates for fixes even if the issue were acknowledged as bug.... This is very low standards...

So if you haven't mislead us by telling you read every post in the Forum now would be the time to answer because you're either reading this and don't give a f.ck or you don't meaning that you have lied. Horrible experience with customer support and overall with development mates...
