opening in new program asks for activation???

    Aloha,

    this has hapened with all my NI plugs. I have a new mac, I was opening reaktor in peak as a plug in and it prompts me to activate the software (reaktor) which i have already done. so the service center opens and reaktor is not there as an option to activate, so then i am stuck using it in demo mode. this just happened again when opening in logic that I just installed. it works fine in live but anytime i try to open an NI AU in another program it asks me to activate it then does not let me? why is this?

    are your versions of Peak and Logic the Universal Binary version? if they are NOT UB, then that is why Reaktor is opening in Demo Mode.

    if Peak and Logic are UB, then you should get in touch with Tech Support.
