opinions on organization

Hello,
I've been using TSP2 for two months.
Last month I did my first mixtape in Traktor, enjoyed it.
Here's what I did:
dragged files from Windows Explorer into the preparation folder in Traktor, beatgridded, set cue points.

That was good for 21 songs, however my next gig is a wedding.
I have 3 folders with about 5000 songs in each one.
I'd like to have all of these searchable from inside Traktor.
What is the best way for me to do this?

I also like the idea of being able to use the buttons F1-F8 to go directly into my favorite folders, not sure how to do this. I know RTFM, however if anyone is kind enough to give me some guidance before I go for this big import into the track collection, would be appreciated.

Also curious what I should do with those 21 songs in my prep folder from my mixtape now that that project is over. I'll be needing that folder again to prep songs for the wedding (unless I should prep tracks differently)

Yeah, read the sections on the manual that refer to the 'collection' and 'playlists'. Definitely worth 15 minutes of your time.
