Order Cancelled for no reason.

    Hello, all I recently tried to purchase Session Horns, and for some unexplained reason my order was canceled but the payment went through. I waited for the email response which normally takes anywhere between 5 to 10 seconds that announce to go to Native Access to download, but nothing came. Later I checked the status which indicated the order was cancelled. I'm assuming it was because I ordered around 2 am Saturday Pacific Coast time or because it's the weekend. I ordered again around noon Saturday so far it hasn't been cancelled, just have the "Order Received" message, but still no email or download on Native Access. I'm assuming it's the weekend that's the problem, Do Native Instruments upload on the weekends or not.

    Normally weekend is no problem, but maybe if you buy from another country. I would try to contact native directly on the website.

    Our support team works Mon-Fri so if you contact our support team over the weekend, they should get back to you on Monday. Hope you get a response from them already!
