Ordered with next day service--no response

    I ordered the Kontakt Crossgrade yesterday with next day FedEx service. I live in the U.S.

    I have not received anything but the automatic confirmation of my order. An authorization for the funds was placed on my credit card.

    I have submitted a ticket with no response. I have called repeatedly and was not able to get through.

    I am at a loss as to what to do now, and have no idea when, if ever, I might expect my product to ship.

    If anyone from NI can follow up on this, I'd greatly appreciate it.

    Hello Jon,

    Your order has been sent yesterday. The delivery time is approximately 24 hours to you. I think it also plays a role when you are ordered (order time). For example after 6.00 pm there will definitely be no overnight express.

    I send you the tracking number via mail.

    I ordered with DHL express $129 and did not receifve a tracking number or anything.
    Order was placed on 1 March

    EDIT: Just one other question, Why does the NI website not have an order history and status section in the account section? It's the only website I have every bought anything off that doesn't have it.

    I should probably have started my own thread indicating my problem, but I thought that it was relevant to this one.

    Why did I pay sooo much for shipping only to be ignored?

    I thought I'd post a follow-up. I did receive my order quickly. I guess I did not make the cutoff the day I ordered, but it was shipped the next day and I did receive it. The only real problem with the whole process was that I did not get a ship confirmation until way after it shipped. I really appreciate Marc on this forum following up and getting me my tracking number. Other than the lack of communication from Native Instruments North America, this order went fine.

    And I have to say now that I've received it that not only is Kontakt even better than I thought, but the installation was very quick and smooth considering the large content library. There were 6 dual layer DVDs and it took about and hour and half (I think). (When I installed Logic, it was less content on more DVDs, and it took hours.) The songs I'd previously created using Kontakt Free opened and played just fine. Very impressed about that.

    As for people who are waiting days or weeks for orders, that really is a serious problem...I hope NI can get this sorted out, as their marketing, demos songs, free teaser products (Kore and Kontakt Players), and products themselves seem to be really good. The company seems like maybe it's growing really fast...hopefully the shipping/customer service departments will catch up.

    NI came back to me, and all is well.

    They where sold out of one item and only shipped yesterday though.
    I do not mind a late shipment, I just want to know beforehand that it's going to be late.
