    Hello folks!

Great to see the new user forum online! Hopefully, a lot of people will join.

Did anybody of you have a problem with the sub-frequencies? Even if I set detuning to zero, no lfo´s. no delay, chorus and whatever, the bass frequencies come and go! It is just like someone is sitting at the mixer and turning the bass frequency cut in and out very slowly!

I tried every setting and it is driving me up the wall! I use only ONE voice and ONE oscillator.

    Mac G4 876, Logic Audio 5, MOT 2408

    Thnx

    Hi,

you're right. This feature (?) makes the Pro-52 unuseable for bass lines. But I don't know how to get rid of it. I even tried to set the ANALOG knob to zero... without any effect.

I discovered this problem only if UNISON mode was activated.

    I know what you mean.

I guess it's part of a real Pro-5. It's strengths lie in piano, brass and pad sounds, but not basses. For good solid bass sounds you're better off looking at something like a Moog-type instrument, like TC's Mercury. That's got some great thick basses inside it. You can get it for about £60 from Thomann at the moment, I think.

    Chris.
