    Hi, sorry ,i should read the previous threads,
    When i get to the support page, yes, it does seem like part of the page is missing or something. Their isnt anywhere to have a 'rant' with you! My username and pass dont work... also, as said ,when tring to download the updates It dosent let me in, wrong password etc.... then when i re-register get new password etcc prompts, I get brick walled again. product allready registerd? pass word not right.... aaaaagh!

    Apparently the problem is that you have multiple accounts, 3 actually, and 2 of them have KONTAKT. One PC, one Mac...help is on the way tomorrow, but it's very important to avoid multiple accounts, as it can lead to diverse problems as you see. Perhaps something got confused in the registration transfer, I don't know. In any case, Dan assured me he will help you sort it out tomorrow.

    As I said I'm no help on your technical problem with KONTAKT and Logic, but I hope your account will be sorted out within 24 hours and you can go from there.

    Thankyou for helping and I look forward to Dan getting things sorted. 3 accounts hey! yep, my original kontakt was a cross-upgrade from the esx24 and my brother has bought FM7 of you also. I guess we can all see how this can lead to mass-confusion/3 accounts etc... Please just help me get Kontakt working a.s.a.p.
