Hd's where not showing up in any installer or program looking for them.
Permission repair and reboot fixed it.
Ran the update combo
Now what ?

 

Uninstall GR and reinstall it.

 

Is tech support going to call me and get this going today or what?

When will they "tech Support " call?
8 days & waiting & why Isn't Support all over this with me?
They said they would call me back the next day and Berlin says the same and no one has.
This is the worst "Tech support" of anything I have ever delt with in 40 years.
RIDICULOUS.

 

Please message me off site — we've spent enough time online about this. The measures should have worked, there must be something else going on that I'm not aware how to fix.

 

So last night after i messaged you, Tech support called me to tell me someone would call me today at !0:00 am Central time.

No one called!
