“Other” iMac files

Question...I just purchased a used 2013 iMac and the only thing that I have loaded is Logic Pro X & Komplete 11...I checked my “Other” files on my harddrive and it freaking has 34g occupied on it ....does NI programs place any temporary/and or some other file type in the “Other” area of my harddrive that I can delete??? The other item that I need to figure out is how to view the files that are placed on this part of my drive....I followed some instructions that I found online of how to view “Other” file content,but I only saw 3 files that amounted to about a megabyte worth of space.....so it looks as if these files are hidden.....ughhhhh
