Output issues

    I am using a Numark mixtrack mixer, with a Numark Dj Io soundcard with two M audio Monitors.

    I want to be able to hear Deck B in my head phones ONLY, while Deck A is playing so I can mix in. Whenever I click play Deck B, it starts playing through the speakers while Deck A is playing, and not just in my headphones.

    Yes I am in internal mode.
    Yes it still does the same thing in external mode.
    Yes the knob is all the way over on Deck A.
    Yes I have tried Monitor being on CH 1, and 2 and Master being 3, and 4. Vise Versa.

    This is driving me crazy. Please help.
