Output routing

Hi:

When I´m trying to set up the Denon 2500 and the Denon 5500, in the output window, I only can see Out Channel A, but in the channel B I see "it´s not connected" therefore I can only use one channel but I need to use both.
I´m using a MacBook pro, Traktor pro and Denon DN-HS5500 or Denon DN-HD2500
What I´m doing wrong
I send the pictures with the mapping guide, and the pictures of what I see when I´m trying to set it up

I don't know this player but I assume each has its own audiodriver. and in traktor you can only use 1 audio device at a time. on mac you can aggregate devices and on win you can use www.asio4all.com

the manual shows the settings of 5500 and your screenshot 2500. what happens if you select 5500 on the audio setup page. do you have four output channels then?

 

How can I aggregate devices on Mac?.
Sorry, I didn´t upload the screenshot of the 5500 but in both is happening the same. If I select 5500 on the audio setup page I only can see Channel A aswell as if I select 2500.
I think my problem is that I don´t know how to aggregate a second audio device
