    I have a question that originated with this video on youtube:
    [ame="http://youtube.com/watch?v=3OF_gxu5rtQ"]YouTube - Overview of Korg padKontrol[/ame]

    at around 49 seconds he talks about going thru his different sounds (kick, snares, hats) by pressing the SETTING button and then turning the ENCODER nob. When I do this, instead of being able to scroll thru sounds, the ENCODER moves to the next cell, instead of of thru different sounds within the same cell.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi, I had a brief look at the video. To me it looks like he actually might move from one cell to the next, not switch sounds within the cell. My guess is he just has his Battery kit arranged with 16 kicks assigned to subsequent notes, then 16 snares, etc., and with that can move to the next sound by just assigning a different not to the cell. At least that's what happens on my PadKontrol when I push the setting button and turn the knob.

    Just my 2ct...

    hmm... well that should explain it. is there a way to assign the alt key so you can scroll through sounds?
