I use padKONTROL with Battery 3, but the problem is that padKONTROL responds too soft and quiet whenever I hit the pads. Though padKONTROL works in terms of loudness in all other softwares. Is there any way I could mess with some settings in Battery to make my padKONTROL respond louder to the software, or is this an issue that I would have to deal with in the settings of padKONTROL?

I can't think of what could cause this. The padKontrol sends out MIDI velocities from 1-127 and there's no reason Battery should respond differently than any other software, unless you have some kind of MIDI filtering going on.

In the Setup tap in Battery there is Velocity Curve Knob in the near the middle. Try to adjust this to see if there is any change in volume.

Also in Files->Option check that CC07/CC10 M Vol./Pan is OFF. Maybe the padKontrol is sending Master CCs too.

    Thanks for the response.
I noticed the midi velocity curve control and now the padKONTROL is responding loud enough.
But what is the purpose of the CC07/CC10 M Vol./Pan? I turned it off and did not notice any difference...

if you don´t notice any difference it´s good. It can interfere with your customized MIDI assignments.
